Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients on the countertop.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Mixing Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  • In another bowl, combine the melted coconut oil and almond milk, then stir in the apple cider vinegar.

Forming the Rolls

  • Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and stir until a dough forms.
  • Scoop out portions of the dough and shape them into uniform rolls.

Baking

  • Place the formed rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet with space between them.
  • Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown on top.
  • Check if done by tapping the bottom; they should sound hollow.

Serving

  • Remove from oven and let cool slightly on a wire rack.

Notes
