Ingredients
  

Brownie Base

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup vegetable oil

Cheesecake Layer

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 15 Oreo cookies chopped
  • ½ cup chocolate chips for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • In a bowl, combine brownie mix, 2 eggs, and vegetable oil. Mix until well combined. Spread half the batter into the dish.
  • In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy.
  • Fold in chopped Oreo cookies into the cheesecake mixture.
  • Pour cheesecake layer over brownie base and spread evenly.
  • Drop spoonfuls of remaining brownie batter on top and gently swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
  • Cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

For a twist, try adding peanut butter swirl or caramel drizzle on top. You can also substitute gluten-free brownie mix for a gluten-free version. Store in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.
