Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup strawberry pie filling

Pies

  • 8 refrigerated biscuit dough flattened
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently swirl in strawberry pie filling.
  • Flatten biscuit dough rounds and place a spoonful of cheesecake mixture in the center of each.
  • Fold dough over filling, press edges to seal tightly, and shape into small pies.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C).
  • Fry pies in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

Serve warm for the best gooey cheesecake center. These pies are best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated briefly in an air fryer.
