  • 1 pound fresh shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 pie crust store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and green onions, sauté for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp and Old Bay seasoning. Cook until shrimp turn pink, about 3–4 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix heavy cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Fold shrimp mixture into cream mixture gently until well combined.
  • Pour filling into prepared pie crust and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Let cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add fresh herbs like parsley or dill. Avoid overcooking the shrimp to maintain tenderness. Pre-bake the crust for a crispier texture.
