Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 3 pieces fresh oranges, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 pieces apples (1 sweet, 1 tart), chopped
  • 2 pieces kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, halved

Dressing Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey Can be substituted with maple syrup or agave for a vegan option.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Wash all the fruits thoroughly. Peel the oranges and kiwis, then cut them into bite-sized pieces. Chop the apples into cubes, keeping the skin on for added color and nutrients.

Mixing

  • In a large mixing bowl, gently toss together the diced oranges, pomegranate seeds, chopped apples, sliced kiwis, and halved grapes.

Make the Dressing

  • In a small bowl, whisk together fresh lemon juice and honey until well combined. Adjust sweetness to taste.

Combine Dressing with Fruit

  • Drizzle the honey-lemon dressing over the mixed fruit and gently fold until everything is nicely coated.

Chilling

  • Let the salad chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld together.

Serve

  • Transfer the salad to a serving bowl or individual cups. Garnish as desired and serve chilled.

Optional Mix-Ins

  • Feel free to add nuts like walnuts or pecans, shredded coconut, or a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flavor.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 24 to 48 hours for the best quality. Avoid freezing due to high water content of the fruits.
