Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Brewed Coffee
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ¼ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine brewed coffee and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  • Add the cocoa powder and continue stirring to incorporate smoothly.
  • Stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  • Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally. Let it cook for about 10 minutes, until it thickens and can coat the back of a spoon.
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool (it will thicken more as it cools).
