Instructions
Preparation
Start by washing and drying the strawberries thoroughly. Set them aside to dry.
Carefully cut the tops off each strawberry, leaving enough berry intact to hold the filling.
Using a small spoon or a melon baller, gently hollow out the centers of each strawberry.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth.
Fill each hollowed-out strawberry with the cream cheese mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
Arrange the filled strawberries on a decorative plate.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Best enjoyed fresh.
