  • Measure out dill pickle juice, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese.

Marination

  • Place the chicken in a bowl or resealable bag and pour in dill pickle juice, ensuring it is fully submerged. Marinate for at least 1 hour.

Baking Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.

Coating and Baking

  • Pat the marinated chicken dry with paper towels.
  • Thoroughly coat each chicken breast with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place coated chicken on a greased baking sheet, spaced out for even cooking.
  • Lightly spray or brush the tops with oil or melted butter.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and coating is golden brown.
