Ingredients
  

Base Mixture

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

Flavor Additions

  • ¼ cup olive brine
  • ½ cup green olives chopped
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in olive brine and chopped green olives. Mix well to evenly distribute the olives.
  • Add parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remember, the olive brine already adds saltiness.
  • Transfer to a serving dish, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Serve chilled with crackers, sliced veggies, or toasted bread. Enjoy!

Notes

For a spicy twist, add diced jalapeños or red pepper flakes. You can also make this dip ahead of time—it tastes even better after chilling overnight.
