  • 2 cups ripe strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Gather and prepare all ingredients. Slice strawberries and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer until it starts to thicken (about 2–3 minutes).
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream and whip until stiff peaks form.
  • In serving glasses, start with a layer of graham cracker crumbs (about 1–2 tablespoons each).
  • Top with a layer of sliced strawberries, followed by a layer of whipped cream.
  • Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a generous layer of whipped cream.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves or additional strawberries and serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use coconut cream for a dairy-free version, and substitute powdered sugar with honey or agave syrup for a natural sweetness. Best enjoyed fresh within 24 hours for the perfect creamy texture.
