  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (optional, for topping)

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and tools.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grab a 9×13-inch baking dish and grease it lightly to prevent sticking.

Mixing Ingredients

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, uncooked rice, chicken broth, and Alfredo sauce.
  • Add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Adding Vegetables

  • Fold in the frozen peas and carrots gently.

Baking

  • Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
