Preparation

  • Gather your ingredients. Make sure the cream cheese is softened to room temperature for easy mixing.
  • In a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  • In a large bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese.
  • Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into egg-shaped balls.
  • Refrigerate the formed balls for about 15 minutes to set.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips, heating in 30-second intervals.
  • Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off.
  • Decorate with food coloring or sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
  • Place the chocolate-coated balls back on a baking sheet to set.

Notes
