Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients and measuring them accurately.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and heavy whipping cream. Heat in 30-second intervals at 50% power, stirring after each interval until creamy and glossy (about 1.5 to 2 minutes total).
  • Remove from microwave and add blue curaçao liqueur and vanilla extract to the mixture, stirring gently to combine until it turns light blue.
  • Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about two hours to chill until set and scoopable.

Coating

  • While the ganache sets, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and prepare your chosen coating in a shallow bowl.
