Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and measure them out. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, blend together the vanilla cake mix, eggnog, softened butter, and egg until the mixture is smooth.
  • Add in the freshly grated nutmeg and mix until fully incorporated.

Baking

  • Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, leaving space for spreading.
