  • 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls any brand
  • 1 cup milk room temperature
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • Open the cans of refrigerated cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into quarters.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
  • Gently fold the quartered cinnamon rolls into the creamy mixture, coating each piece evenly.
  • Pour the coated cinnamon rolls into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and set in the center.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes

For extra indulgence, drizzle the included cinnamon roll icing over the cobbler before serving. Try adding fruits like blueberries or apples for a twist!
