This Easy Cinnamon Roll Cobbler combines the gooey warmth of cinnamon rolls with the comforting sweetness of a cobbler. It’s quick to prepare, incredibly flavorful, and perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Open the cans of refrigerated cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into quarters.
In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
Gently fold the quartered cinnamon rolls into the creamy mixture, coating each piece evenly.
Pour the coated cinnamon rolls into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
