  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Place chicken in a baking dish and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each piece.
  • Pour chicken broth around the chicken in the dish to keep it moist during baking.
  • Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, mix in crispy bacon or sautéed mushrooms with the cream cheese. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or a side of steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
