  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients, wash the fresh spinach, and chop it coarsely.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your baking dish with olive oil.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, ricotta cheese, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.

Combine and Bake

  • Gently stir in the chopped spinach and crumbled feta into the egg mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top before placing it in the oven.
  • Bake for about 25-30 minutes until set in the middle and golden brown on top.
  • Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes
