Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients. Wash and chop the vegetables into small, uniform pieces.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Combining Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, crack the eggs and add the milk. Whisk until smooth.
  • Stir in the chopped vegetables and shredded cheese into the egg mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

Baking

  • Grease a baking dish with olive oil or butter.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.

Cooling and Serving

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Reheat in the microwave for 30-60 seconds or in the oven at 350°F for 10-15 minutes.
