  • 1 package pizza dough (store-bought or homemade) Make sure the dough is at room temperature.

Garlic Butter Mixture

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted Melt on low heat.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Cook until fragrant.
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped Adds flavor and freshness.
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated Sprinkle on top after baking.
  • ½ teaspoon salt For seasoning.

Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Ensure your pizza dough is at room temperature.
  • Mince the garlic and chop the parsley in preparation for the garlic butter.

Cooking

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) as per package instructions for the pizza dough.
  • Roll the pizza dough into long strips approximately 1 inch wide and cut them into 6-inch pieces.
  • Tie each strip of dough into a knot and place them on a greased baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  • Bake the knots for 12-15 minutes until they are golden brown.
  • While the knots are baking, melt the butter on low heat and add the minced garlic, cooking for 1-2 minutes.
  • Once the knots are done, brush them with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley and grated parmesan cheese.
  • Serve warm for the best experience.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of garlic powder to the dough or brushing with extra olive oil after baking.
