  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • cup milk plus 1 tbsp extra
  • 1 ½ tsp granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, milk, sugar, and salt until smooth and combined.
  • Add baking powder to the wet mixture and whisk again. Gradually stir in the flour until a soft, slightly tacky dough forms.
  • Divide the dough into 6–7 equal portions and shape each piece into a smooth ball.
  • Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
  • Brush warm rolls with melted butter and serve immediately.
