Equipment

  • Large Skillet
  • Spatula
  • Cutting board

Ingredients

Stir Fry Base

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger minced
  • 1 bell pepper chopped, any color
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 package frozen potstickers about 12–16 pieces
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 green onions sliced, for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients by mincing garlic and ginger, chopping vegetables, and slicing green onions.
  • Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until tender but still crisp.
  • Push vegetables to the side of the skillet to make space for the potstickers.
  • Place frozen potstickers flat-side down in the skillet. Cook for 3–4 minutes until golden and crisp on the bottom.
  • Pour soy sauce over potstickers and vegetables. Stir gently to coat evenly.
  • Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions. Serve hot.

Notes

To make it gluten-free, use gluten-free soy sauce and ensure potstickers are gluten-free. Add chili oil for a spicy kick or rice vinegar for tanginess.
