  • 1 pint fresh strawberries washed and dried thoroughly
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped bars melted
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 tbsp honey optional, for sweetness
  • ½ cup granola optional, for topping

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients. Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries to ensure chocolate adheres well.
  • Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Alternatively, melt in a double boiler over low heat.
  • Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, holding by the stem. Let excess chocolate drip off.
  • Place dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes, or until the chocolate sets.
  • In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey until smooth.
  • Serve chocolate-dipped strawberries with yogurt on the side, or drizzle yogurt over the strawberries.
  • Sprinkle granola on top for extra crunch, if desired. Serve immediately or keep refrigerated until serving.

Notes

Ensure strawberries are completely dry before dipping to prevent the chocolate from slipping. Use dairy-free yogurt and vegan chocolate for a vegan version. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
