  • 2 cups cooked turkey shredded
  • 2 cups cooked ham diced
  • 1 cup cooked pasta penne or egg noodles
  • 2 cups shredded cheese mozzarella or cheddar, divided
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup or homemade white sauce
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • breadcrumbs optional, for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine shredded turkey, diced ham, and cooked pasta.
  • Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and milk until well combined.
  • Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
  • Top with the remaining shredded cheese and optional breadcrumbs for crunch.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Use al dente pasta to avoid overcooking. Add vegetables like broccoli or spinach for extra nutrition. For a creamy variation, mix in sour cream or heavy cream. Can be assembled ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to bake.
