  • 4 oz cream cheese or cheese spread softened
  • 6-8 slices turkey deli or cooked
  • 1 cup fresh spinach or other leafy greens
  • optional toppings bell peppers, cucumbers, or spices (like paprika)

Instructions
 

  • Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread a generous layer of cream cheese evenly across it.
  • Layer the turkey slices evenly over the cream cheese, slightly overlapping them.
  • Add fresh spinach leaves on top of the turkey layer.
  • If desired, add extra toppings such as bell peppers, cucumbers, or a sprinkle of spices.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, keeping it snug.
  • Use a sharp knife to slice the rolled tortilla into 1–2 inch pinwheels.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.

Notes

These pinwheels can be made ahead for parties or lunches. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Add jalapeños or spicy cheese spread for an extra kick!
