Enchanting Valentine's Day Drinks
A refreshing cocktail featuring sparkling wine and fresh strawberries, perfect for celebrating love on Valentine's Day or any romantic occasion.

- 2-3 large strawberries Fresh strawberries Per glass, washed and sliced
- 1 bottle Sparkling wine Enough for the number of drinks desired
- to taste Sugar Optional for sweetness
- few leaves Mint leaves Optional for garnishing
Instructions
Preparation
- Wash fresh strawberries thoroughly and pat them dry with a clean towel. Slice the strawberries into thin circles.
- If using sugar, sprinkle a small amount over the sliced strawberries in the glass and gently stir.
- Place sliced strawberries at the bottom of a glass, adding whole strawberries for decoration if desired.
- Pour sparkling wine over the strawberries, filling the glass to your desired level.
- Garnish with a few mint leaves on top.
- Optionally chill the glasses before serving for a refreshingly cool drink.
- Serve immediately to enjoy the fizz.
