Ingredients
  

Cranberry Filling

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Roll Up Ingredients

  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 4 large tortillas flour, whole wheat, or gluten-free tortillas can be used
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • to taste powdered sugar for dusting

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and kitchen tools.
  • In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, orange juice, and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat until the cranberries begin to burst.
  • Stir the mixture until it thickens (about 10 minutes) and remove from heat to cool.
  • Spread softened cream cheese evenly over each tortilla.
  • Once cranberry filling has cooled, spoon it onto each cream cheese-covered tortilla and sprinkle with pecans if desired.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly to keep the filling inside.
  • Slice rolled tortillas into pinwheels (1-2 inches wide).
  • Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
  • Arrange on a serving platter and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3–4 days. You can freeze them for up to 2 months; just wrap them tightly.
