Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and ensure cream cheese is softened.
  • Chop the dried cranberries and slice the green onions.

Mixing the Filling

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled feta cheese, chopped dried cranberries, and sliced green onions.
  • Using a spatula, mix until well combined and creamy.

Assembling the Pinwheels

  • Spread a generous layer of the cheese mixture over the entire surface of a tortilla, leaving space at the edges.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
  • Wrap the rolled pinwheel securely in plastic wrap.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.

Serving
