Ingredients
  

Base

  • 2 cups green apple juice chilled
  • 2 cups pineapple juice chilled

Fizz & Fruit

  • 1 cup lemon-lime soda chilled
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup diced kiwi

To Serve

  • ice cubes as needed
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare your workspace and ensure all ingredients are chilled and ready. Set out a large pitcher and serving glasses with ice.
  • Pour 2 cups of green apple juice and 2 cups of pineapple juice into the pitcher. Stir gently to blend.
  • Add 1 cup of lemon-lime soda and 1 cup of sparkling water. Stir carefully to maintain carbonation.
  • Mix in sliced strawberries and diced kiwi for color and flavor.
  • Pour over ice in glasses, ensuring some fruit pieces are included in each serving.
  • Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.

Notes

To prepare ahead, mix juices and fruits, then refrigerate. Add soda and sparkling water just before serving to maintain fizz. Try freezing fruit slices in ice cubes for a festive touch!
