Ingredients
  

St. Patrick’s Day Popcorn Base

  • 1 cup popcorn kernels air-popped or stovetop
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup green candy melts
  • ½ cup mini marshmallows
  • ¼ cup green sprinkles
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Pop the popcorn using an air popper or stovetop method and place in a large bowl.
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  • Add green candy melts to the melted butter and stir until smooth and glossy.
  • Pour the green candy mixture over the popcorn and gently stir until evenly coated.
  • Add mini marshmallows and green sprinkles, folding gently to mix.
  • Spread the popcorn mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet to cool and harden.
  • Once cool, break into pieces and serve in a festive bowl or package for gifts.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute butter with coconut oil and use dairy-free candy melts. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 7 days.
