Ingredients
  

For the smoothie

  • 2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped For easy blending.
  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented Adds sweetness and brightness.
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced Provides tropical flavor.
  • 1 cup coconut water Adds hydration.
  • 1 tablespoon honey Optional for added sweetness.

Preparation

  • Wash and peel the carrots, then chop them into smaller pieces.
  • Segment the orange and dice the mango, preparing all ingredients for blending.

Blending

  • Add the chopped carrots to the blender and pulse for about 30 seconds until finely blended.
  • Introduce the orange segments and blend until combined.
  • Add the mango chunks and blend again for another 30 seconds.
  • Pour in the coconut water and blend until everything is mixed thoroughly.
  • If desired, add honey and blend for an additional 10-15 seconds.

Serving

  • Check the consistency; if too thick, add more coconut water and blend.
  • Pour into tall glasses, adding ice if preferred.
  • Garnish with a slice of orange or a sprig of mint before serving.
  • Serve immediately for the best taste and experience.

Notes

Smoothie can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours but is best enjoyed freshly made. You can customize the fruits based on what's in season or your personal preference.
