Ingredients
  

Smoothie Base

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries (about 5 oz)
  • 1 medium banana, sliced and frozen
  • ΒΌ cup coconut milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Green Layer

  • 1 cup packed baby spinach (about 1 oz)
  • 1 large kiwi, peeled and sliced

Toppings

  • Granola (for topping)
  • Fresh pomegranate seeds (for topping)
  • Sliced strawberries and kiwi (for topping)
  • Chopped pistachios or almonds (for topping)
  • Unsweetened shredded coconut (for topping)
  • Mini mint leaves (for topping)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Slice the bananas and peel the kiwis. Measure out all other ingredients carefully.
  • If using fresh fruits, freeze them for at least 1 hour for a creamy consistency.

Making the Smoothie

  • In a blender, add frozen strawberries, frozen banana, coconut milk, and optional honey or maple syrup. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Scoop the blended red mixture into one side of your bowl, smoothing it out evenly.
  • Rinse the blender, then blend the spinach, kiwi, medium banana, and another 1/4 cup of coconut milk until smooth.
  • Spoon the green mixture next to the red layer in the bowl.
  • Gently swirl the red and green mixtures together to create a marbled effect.

Toppings and Serving

  • Add toppings of your choice, such as granola, pomegranate seeds, and sliced fruits.
  • Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
