  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Can substitute with Neufchâtel or Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
  • ½ cup sour cream Plain yogurt can be used as a tangy alternative.
  • ½ cup mayonnaise Avocado or vegan mayo works as a substitute.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dill pickle juice
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Preparation

  • Chop fried pickles into small pieces and squeeze excess water out if using regular pickles.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, dill pickle juice, salt, and pepper to the creamy mixture, and mix thoroughly.
  • Gently fold in the chopped fried pickles to keep them intact.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust the seasoning as needed.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle chopped green onions on top for garnish, if desired.
  • Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes for the best flavor experience.
  • Serve with your favorite chips, crackers, or veggies.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to a month. Reheat gently and avoid microwaving, if possible.
