Preparation

  • Peel and slice the ripe bananas into 1-inch pieces.
  • Melt the dark chocolate chips using a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  • Dip each banana slice generously in peanut butter.
  • Coat the peanut butter-covered banana slices in melted chocolate.
  • Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top of the chocolate coating.
  • Drizzle caramel sauce over the banana slices.
  • Place banana bites on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for at least 2 hours.
  • Once frozen, allow to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
