Ingredients
  

Brownie Batter

  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp baking powder

Optional Add-ins

  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips optional for extra fudginess

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin with non-stick spray.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and glossy.
  • Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until fully combined.
  • Sift in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir just until no dry streaks remain. Do not overmix.
  • Fold in mini chocolate chips if using.
  • Spoon about 1 tablespoon of batter into each mini muffin cup, filling about 3/4 full.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes or until tops are set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  • Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For an extra indulgent touch, drizzle cooled brownie bites with melted chocolate or dust with powdered sugar. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
