Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Ensure everything is fresh and ready to go.

Cooking

  • Place your sausages in a pan over medium heat and cook for about 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Add the slices of bacon to the pan after the sausages are cooked and cook for 4 to 6 minutes until crispy.
  • In another pan, heat it over medium and fry the eggs to your preference for about 2–4 minutes.
  • Add the halved tomatoes to the bacon pan and grill them cut side down for 3–5 minutes.
  • In a small pot, heat your baked beans for about 3–5 minutes over medium heat.
  • If using, fry the black pudding in a separate pan for about 3–4 minutes on each side.
  • Toast the bread slices until golden brown, adding butter while still hot.

Serving

  • Arrange all elements onto a plate and serve hot.
