  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • cup heavy cream
  • cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients to ensure a smooth baking process.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, hot coffee, and egg in a large bowl. Whisk together until fully combined.

Baking

  • Pour the brownie mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, checking for a slightly firm top.
  • Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan.

Shaping and Topping

  • Use a football-shaped cookie cutter to create fun shapes from the cooled brownies.
  • In a medium bowl, place the semi-sweet chocolate chips. Heat the heavy cream and pour it over the chocolate chips. Whisk until smooth.
  • Dip the tops of the football-shaped brownies into the ganache.
  • Melt the white chocolate chips and pipe laces on top of the ganache-dipped brownies.

Notes

Store in an airtight container; refrigerate for longer storage. For a more intense chocolate flavor, use high-quality chocolate chips.
