  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice Fresh lime juice is ideal.
  • 1 teaspoon sugar Adjust for sweetness as desired.

Garnishing

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients, mince the garlic and grate the ginger.

Cooking Lobsters

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the lobsters. Cook for 8-10 minutes until bright red.
  • Remove lobsters from the pot and let them cool for a few minutes.

Marinade Preparation

  • In a small bowl, mix garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, and sugar until well combined.

Preparing Lobster Meat

  • Crack the lobster shells and remove the meat, cutting it into large pieces.

Cooking Lobster Meat

  • In a skillet over medium heat, add the lobster meat and pour the marinade over it. Cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through.

Final Seasoning and Serving

  • Season the lobster with salt and pepper, and transfer to a serving platter.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes
