  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Adjust to taste; reduce for milder flavor.
  • 250 g pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine) Can use gluten-free pasta.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Use additional herbs if desired.
  • to taste Salt Enhances flavors.
  • to taste Pepper Adjust according to preference.
  • to serve Parmesan cheese Freshly grated for best flavor.
  • to garnish Fresh parsley, chopped Can substitute with basil or chives.

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients. Slice the beef and mince the garlic.

Cooking Pasta

  • In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and add the pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.

Sautéing

  • While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  • Add the sliced beef sirloin to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 3-4 minutes.

Combining

  • Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it directly to the skillet with the beef and garlic. Toss to combine.
  • Continue to cook for another 2 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.

Serving

  • Remove from heat and plate the pasta with beef mixture. Top with freshly grated Parmesan and chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

To boost flavor, add red pepper flakes with garlic. For a rich taste, incorporate a splash of lemon juice before serving.
