Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef cut into strips
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper freshly ground

  • Step 4 – Stir in the Rice: Add cooked rice to the pan, tossing well to combine and heat through, about 3–4 minutes.
  • Step 5 – Add Cheddar Cheese: Sprinkle cheddar over the mixture and stir until melted and creamy, about 2–3 minutes.
  • Step 6 – Adjust Seasoning: Taste and add more salt or pepper if needed. Serve hot, garnished with parsley or chives.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the beef in soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce before cooking. You can also add vegetables like peas or bell peppers for a nutritious twist.
