Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients. Ensure the shrimp are peeled and deveined, the garlic is minced, and the lemon is juiced.

Cooking the Base

  • Melt the butter over medium heat in a large skillet. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.

Cooking the Shrimp

  • Increase the heat to medium-high and add the shrimp in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side.
  • Flip each shrimp and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.

Finish the Sauce

  • Pour in the white wine and lemon juice, allowing the mixture to simmer for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Season and Serve

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, remove from heat, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
