Ingredients
  

For the filling

  • 1 lb ground beef The base of your cheeseburger filling.
  • 1 teaspoon salt Enhances flavor.

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder Complements the beef.
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce Adds depth.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese The classic cheeseburger cheese.

For the dough

  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (about 8 biscuits) The outer shell.

For garlic topping

  • ¼ cup butter, melted Adds richness.
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced garlic Elevates flavor profile.
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese For an extra cheesy finish.
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley A touch of color and freshness.

Preparation

  • Prepare all ingredients by measuring and setting them aside.

Cooking the Beef

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Brown until fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes.
  • Drain any excess fat and return the skillet to heat.
  • Season the beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well for about 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.

Assembly

  • Open the tube of biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Roll them out to about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Place about 2 tablespoons of the cheesy beef mixture in the center of each rolled-out biscuit.
  • Fold the edges of the dough around the filling and pinch to seal each bomb tightly.
  • Place each bomb seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.

Baking

  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter with finely minced garlic and brush over each bomb.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the bombs.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

These bombs can be customized with different cheese or herbs based on preference. They can be prepared ahead of time and are perfect for parties.
