Fish Cubes

  • 1 lb white fish fillets such as cod or tilapia, cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Tartar Dip

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Cut white fish fillets into bite-sized cubes and pat them dry with paper towels.

  • Serve the warm fish cubes with the cool tartar dip and a drizzle of fresh lemon juice. Enjoy immediately!

Notes

For a spicier version, add cayenne pepper to the seasoning mix. The fish can also be baked or air-fried for a lighter version. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven for best texture.
