Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients: 1 tablespoon of gelatin, 1 cup of water or your favorite juice, and your sweetener.
  • In a small saucepan, heat the water or juice until warm but not boiling (2-3 minutes).
  • Sprinkle the tablespoon of gelatin over the warm liquid and stir continuously until fully dissolved (3-5 minutes).
  • Add your chosen sweetener and adjust to taste.
  • Incorporate fresh fruit chunks or herbs for extra flavor.
  • Pour the mixture into cups or glasses and let it cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours until the gelatin is firm.
  • Serve by garnishing with additional fresh fruit or herbs.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Avoid freezing or reheating the gelatin.
