Preparation

  • Wash your cucumbers thoroughly. Slice them thinly, ensuring consistent texture.
  • Peel and slice the onion thinly. Optionally, soak the slices in cold water for a few minutes to mellow the flavor.

Creating the Dressing

  • In a bowl, combine sour cream, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir well until smooth.

Combining Ingredients

Notes
