Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix almond flour, flaxseed, chia seeds, and salt in a bowl.
Add egg and olive oil, then mix until a dough forms.
Place dough between two sheets of parchment and roll thin.
Cut into squares with a knife or pizza cutter and transfer to the baking sheet.
Sprinkle with sea salt and bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden and crisp.
Notes
For flavored variations, add herbs, sesame seeds, or everything bagel seasoning.
