Ingredients
  

Cracker Dough

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Seasoning

  • 1 tsp garlic powder optional
  • sea salt for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix almond flour, flaxseed, chia seeds, and salt in a bowl.
  • Add egg and olive oil, then mix until a dough forms.
  • Place dough between two sheets of parchment and roll thin.
  • Cut into squares with a knife or pizza cutter and transfer to the baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt and bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden and crisp.

Notes

For flavored variations, add herbs, sesame seeds, or everything bagel seasoning.
