Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Measure out each item accurately to ensure the best results. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish to prevent sticking.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, baking soda, and salt. Stir well to blend the dry ingredients evenly.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Make sure the coconut oil isn’t too hot.
  • Pour the wet mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients. Mix until everything is well combined and you have a thick batter.
  • Fold in the dark chocolate chips gently to incorporate them without breaking.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  • Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let cool for a few minutes, then cut into squares and garnish with fresh berries before serving.

Notes
