Ingredients
  

  • 2 apples cored and sliced into 1/4-inch wedges
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 2 tbsp honey for drizzling
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for tossing apples
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • optional garnishes cheese, nuts, or herbs

Instructions
 

  • Core and slice apples into 1/4-inch wedges. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  • Grill apple slices for 2–3 minutes per side until tender with grill marks.
  • In the last minute, grill prosciutto slices briefly until warm and slightly crisp.
  • Remove apples and prosciutto from the grill. Arrange on a serving plate.
  • Drizzle with honey and garnish with cheese, nuts, or herbs if desired.
  • Serve warm as an appetizer or side dish.

Notes

Try different apple varieties for flavor variation—Granny Smith for tartness, Fuji for sweetness. Prosciutto can be swapped with bacon or turkey bacon. For a vegetarian twist, replace prosciutto with marinated tofu or nuts.
