  • 1 whole lemon Juiced for marinade

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients. Clean and pat dry the chicken breasts with a paper towel.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Whisk together until well blended.
  • Place chicken breasts in the bowl of marinade and ensure each piece is generously coated. Let marinate for at least 15-30 minutes.

Cooking

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Carefully place the chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on one side.
  • Flip the chicken breasts and cook for an additional 6-7 minutes. Check the internal temperature to reach 165°F.
  • Remove chicken from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  • Optional: Sprinkle fresh herbs over the top before serving.

Notes

Store grilled chicken in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. For freezing, use plastic wrap and a freezer-safe bag.
