  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise Can substitute with Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic can be used instead
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients on the counter.
  • Wash the broccoli and cut it into florets if not pre-cut.
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.

Marinating

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the chicken breasts to coat them well with the mixture.
  • Let the chicken marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Grilling

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Place the marinated chicken breasts on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side.
  • In the last few minutes, add the broccoli florets to a grill basket and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lemon juice until smooth.

Assembly

  • Once the chicken is done, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
  • Place the sliced chicken and grilled broccoli in bowls and drizzle with the creamy garlic sauce.
