  • 4 whole ripe fresh peaches, halved and pitted Use ripe peaches for optimal sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon Optional adjustment for spice lovers.
  • 2 tablespoons honey Can substitute with agave syrup.
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream For serving, optional.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  • Wash and dry the peaches, then cut them in half and remove the pit.

Cooking

  • Place the peach halves on the grill with the cut side facing down.
  • Grill for about 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear and peaches are tender.

Flavoring

  • After grilling, sprinkle ground cinnamon over the top of the fruit.
  • Drizzle honey generously over the grilled peaches.

Serving

  • Place each peach half on a plate and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
  • Optionally, garnish with mint leaves or toasted nuts.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. They can be reheated or enjoyed cold.
